Surgical Associates Northwest is not a walk-in urgent-care clinic, so please call before coming to either of our locations. Same-day and same-week appointments may be available depending on our providers’ schedules and which office can accommodate you.
When you call, tell our team what is going on and how recently your symptoms started or changed. We will work to identify an appropriate appointment based on your concern, provider availability, and location. You may be scheduled with the first ENT who is available.

Same-day appointments may be available, but they are not guaranteed. Availability depends on factors such as the providers’ schedules, your specific concern, and the location. If a same-day visit is unavailable, we may be able to schedule you later in the same week.
What Should I Tell Your Staff When I Call?
Tell us what symptoms you are experiencing, when they started, and whether they have recently become worse. You should also mention relevant injuries, recent treatment, or other information that may help us understand your concern. Our staff can determine the appropriate next step.
Can You Treat an ENT Emergency in the Office?
Our ENTs can evaluate many ear, nose, throat, sinus, and head and neck concerns, but our offices are not emergency departments.
