Olivia is a Certified Medical Assistant with nearly two decades of experience in the medical field. She joined the practice in 2022 and is cross trained in all areas of the office, enabling her to support clinical operations, oversee staff, and help maintain protocols that ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
Since 2010, Olivia has specialized in Otolaryngology with a focus on nasal, sinus, and allergy care. Her background spans marketing and media management, clinical assisting, medical billing, and prior authorizations, giving her a comprehensive understanding of both patient care and practice operations.
Outside of work, Olivia enjoys spending time with her husband and children, camping, hiking, and caring for her small hobby farm, and she is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration & finance to further expand her leadership and operational expertise.
