Clinical Audiologist

Nancy Renne, M.A., CCC-A, F-AAA. is a clinical audiologist at Surgical Associate NW. She has been caring for patients in the Pacific Northwest in both the Auburn and Federal Way offices for over 30 years.

Nancy was born in Pullman, WA and grew up in Walla Walla, WA. She received her Bachelor and Master’s degrees in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Washington State University at both the Pullman and Spokane campus (Go Cougs). Prior to coming to the South Seattle area she completed a Clinical Fellowship at the Oregon Health Sciences University Hospital in Portland, OR. She is a licensed Audiologist in the state of Washington, maintains her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. She continues to attend trainings every year to stay current on new developments in Audiology.

Nancy specializes in the evaluation and management of hearing and balance disorders. This includes hearing aid evaluation and fitting, vestibular evaluation and therapeutic maneuvers, and cerumen management. She is also experienced in the management of tinnitus and fitting of bone anchored hearing aids.

Nancy strives to provide quality patient-centered diagnostic and rehabilitative care for all of her patients. She particularly enjoys helping patients through the process of fitting and adapting to hearing aids. Every patient has their own story and it is her goal to assist and guide them through their personal journey. She was inspired to become an audiologist early on when experiencing her family members struggle with hereditary hearing loss and her mother continues to be one of her star patients.

In her free time, Nancy enjoys the outdoors (walking, hiking, and golfing), cheering on her favorite collegiate teams (the Cougs and the Zags), and “Game night” with friends and family. She often shares these activities with her husband, David, their daughter Bri and her husband Jake, and their black lab puppy, Max.
