Trista Smith, Au.D., CCC-A, F-AAA

Trista Smith, Au.D., CCC-A, F-AAA, is a clinical audiologist at Surgical Associates Northwest. She is dedicated to serving patients in the Puget Sound area, providing care at both the Auburn and Federal Way locations.

Trista received her Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Colorado Boulder. Prior to this, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences, with a minor in business, from the University of Colorado Boulder. She is a licensed audiologist in the state of Washington, maintains her Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

Trista specializes in diagnosis and management of hearing loss, including hearing aid evaluations and fittings, vestibular evaluations and diagnostics, and cerumen management. She also is experienced in tinnitus, and implantable bone anchored hearing aids. Trista believes that providing quality patient care starts with meeting the patient where they are at in their hearing journey, and delivering individualized care to meet patient needs.

Outside of audiology, Trista can be found exploring the great Pacific Northwest with her husband, Taylor; playing board games with friends; or, on the rainy days, curled up at home with a good book, a cup of coffee, and her two cats, Ebony and Hades.
